Marc Prefontaine Position: President & CEO
Mr. Prefontaine graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Alberta and a M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration from Queen's University. He is a Professional Geologist with over 20 years experience in all facets of mineral exploration including Exploration Manager, and has worked extensively throughout North and South America, South Africa and Central Asia for major companies as well as reputable junior companies. During his four years as President and CEO of Grayd he has assembled the land package making up the La India project, raised $8 million and grown the company from a $5 million market capitalization.
Hans Q. Smit Position: Vice President, Exploration
Mr. Smit is a professional geologist with over 25 years experience in all aspects of the mineral industry including grass roots exploration, drilling, underground development and resource calculation. Mr. Smit has managed major exploration programs in northern British Columbia and the Yukon Territory, and has worked on mine feasibility studies, mine permitting, and internationally on ore reserve evaluations including managing the Dublin Gulch feasibility project in central Yukon, where a 1.5 million ounce gold reserve was identified.
Mr. Smit has played a key role in the gold discovery and advancement of the La India project.

Richard Hall Position: Director
Over the past nine years, Mr Hall served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Metallica Resources Inc. He oversaw the financing, construction and commissioning of the Cerro San Pedro mine in Mexico (targeted to have average annual production of 90,000 and 2.1 million ounces of gold and silver respectively over its 10-year mine life). Also while at Metallica, the La Fortuna deposite in Chile (487 million tonnes at 0.56% Cu and 0.44 g/t Au) was discovered and developed through to final feasibiliity study. Previous to Metallica, Mr Hall held senior management positions with Dayton Mining Corporation and Pegasus Gold Corporation. Mr Hall holds a Bachelor and a Masters Degree in Geology and a MBA from Eastern Washington University.
John E. Robins, P.Geo Position: Director
Mr. Robins is a graduate in geological sciences from the University of British Columbia, and brings over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration as an independent geologist, officer of public companies and entrepreneur. He is a principal of Hunter Exploration Group, a private exploration and venture capital group, and a director and founder of several successful public exploration companies. Mr. Robins brings strength to the Board with his vast experience working with public companies, including Chairman of Brilliant Mining Corp, Committee Bay Resources and a director of Stornoway Diamond Corporation.
Sandra Lim Position: Director
Ms. Lim was appointed to the board in February 2006 and also acted as Chief Financial Officer for one year. She is a Certified General Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. Ms. Lim is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Northern Peru Copper Corp. (TSX:NOC), Global Copper Corp. (TSX:GLQ) and Inca Pacific Resources Inc. (TSX-V:IPR). Until 2006, she was also the Chief Financial Officer of Regalito Copper Corp. and Lumina Resources Corp. All of these companies are engaged in the exploration of copper projects in South America and Canada. From 1988 to 2005, Ms. Lim was engaged in public practice providing accounting, auditing and taxation services to both private and public companies in a range of industries.

John A. McCluskey Position: Director
Mr. McCluskey has over 25 years experience in finance and mineral exploration for both private and public companies. He is the President and CEO of Alamos Gold Inc. where he has grown the company from a $10 million market capitalization to a $1 billion producing company. Mr. McCluskey began his career with Glamis Gold where he was involved with property acquisitions, administration, finance, and investor relations. Mr. McCluskey furthered his experience with Queenstake Resources and Miramar Mining. In 1992, he formed an investor relations consulting company whose past clients included Queenstake, Miramar, Atna Resources and Boron Chemical International. He has raised in excess of $250 million in his career.

Paul Robertson Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Robertson is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the mining sector, including assisting junior resource companies with their financial reporting and regulatory requirements. He has over 12 years of accounting, auditing, and tax experience with Ernst & Young LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP, as well as industry experience as a senior accountant for a large private company.

Dr. Anthony Longo Position: Chief Geologist
Dr. Longo recently retired from Newmont Mining Corporation with an extensive background in a variety of geological environments. In his 12 years with Newmont, he explored and evaluated projects throughout North and South America as well as Asia. During that time, he and his team of geologists delineated over 9 million ounces of gold resource. In addition, he worked as an exploration geologist for Pegasus Gold, Noranda, FMC, and Miramar's Northern Orion. This work spanned 12 years of property evaluations and exploration in Nevada, Alaska, Oregon, and Idaho; and 2 years in Argentina. His Ph.D. dissertation investigated the evolution of volcanism and hydrothermal activity in the Yanacocha mining district of northern Peru; the largest group of high-sulphidation style epithermal gold deposits in the world. Currently, he is conducting research on Carlin-style gold deposits.

Sharon L. Fleming Position: Corporate Secretary
Ms. Fleming has over 25 years experience in the administration and regulatory filing requirements of public and private companies. In 1994, she founded Fleming & Associates, a consulting company specializing in the field of corporate securities and mining administration. Prior to 1994, Ms. Fleming was a senior legal assistant with Campney & Murphy, Barristers and Solicitors.
